"As far as the whole baby situation, it's unfortunate that it had to happen like that, that people make false accusations but things happen in this industry," said Bieber in a New York City radio interview.

"You just have to keep your head high and be positive and that's all I really have to say. "If it was up to me, it would have been a better story, like, 'Justin Bieber went off to South America with this 27-year-old supermodel.' That would have been an awesome one." Yeater, 20, had claimed that Bieber was the father of her four-month-old son, and that he had got her pregnant back stage at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. He added, "I think it would be cool to get a condo out here in LA, but eventually I'll probably want to move back to Canada and raise my family. "Why? I dunno, I'm Canadian, I feel like I want my kids to be Canadian."
